Veteran owned and operated, Freedom Cleaning Solutions LLC started off in Jacksonville Florida.  David Lasure, a 20 year retired U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret along with his son Austin also an 8 year U.S. Army Veteran and former security detail leader for high ranking U.S. officials in hostile environments throughout the Middle East began two family owned Janitorial companies.  Both David & Austin being from highly disciplined and demanding backgrounds, we believe at Freedom that the customer ALWAYS comes first.  Attention to detail and going the extra mile are built, literally built into our backbones.  We focus on communication and professionalism when it comes to our cleaning services that we provide.


Austin Lasure- Owner, CEO

Austin is a 7 year U.S. Army Veteran who has seen his fair share of challenges and difficulties.  He worked for a private company another 4 years in various parts of the world providing security for U.S. Diplomats.  He brings his problem solving and diverse skillset to the business world by matching problems with solutions.  Austin personally meets with every client and every cleaning team member to assess the best fit.  His personal ethics keep the business in the right direction and he is always searching for better ways to provide the customer with a more feasible, applicable and cost saving solution.


Teresita Lasure- Owner, CFO

Teri has a BA in Criminal Justice & AS in Paralegal from the University of North Texas.  She is a 5 year U.S. Army Veteran and a logistics specialist having also worked under projects logistically for U.S. Embassies abroad for many years.  She brings her skillset and dedication to detail and attention to the company.  Teri works to provide all FCS clients with easy to understand communication in billing and contracts.  She is always working to save the customer time and money and ensure that all items are clear, timely and professional.


David Mellizo – Account Representative

David M.  joined Freedom Cleaning Solutions in 2017 working in various capacities.  David has always been in the field of professional cleaning working for one of the largest cleaning companies in the Orlando Area previously managing crews, setting up nightly services and organizing services for a variety of clients.  Now David brings his organization and knowledge skillset to the clients as an Account Representative for Freedom.  David is one of the most dedicated, hardworking and dependable persons we have had the privilege to work with and together with our working standards he brings excellence to our team throughout Florida!

Jennifer Libreros – Office Manager

Jennifer Libreros is our Office Manager/Coordinator.  Jennifer has an immense amount of knowledge both in business to business operations and coordination bringing to our team a Masters in Business Administration, BA in the same and over 6 years of coordinating and delivering results in the cleaning business.  She is also bilingual English-Spanish and is an excellent problem solver, coordinator and manager.  Jennifer handles any problem with top notch oversite, deliverance and follow-up.

Christian Schabacker – Account Representative

Christian E. Schabaker is a Central Florida Native and he joined the Freedom Cleaning Team in 2018.  He received his BA in Music at the prestigious Musicians Institute in Los Angles, California.  After selling musical instruments for over a decade at Georges Music Inc.  Christian brings with him a strong work ethic combined with a big personality and a willingness to learn new things.  He is goal oriented and focused on the needs of the customer 100%

Barbara Martin – Appointment Setter

Barbara Martin has a diverse background as an award-winning journalist, magazine editor and small business owner.  She has a journalism degree from UCF and attended one year of law school.  One of her favorite jobs was as a business reporter interviewing and writing about business owners and discovering what inspired them to start their businesses.  Since she enjoys talking to business owners, appointment setting for Freedom Cleaning Solutions was a good fit.  She is married to John and has two sons.

David Lasure – Founder of Freedom Building Services LLC

David Lasure, Founder/Operator of Freedom Building Services LLC in Jacksonville was a Green Beret for the United States military Special Forces for more than 20 years, serving in the Gulf War where he received the Bronze Star with the “V” device for valor. He has since applied the same level of commitment to learning the ins and outs of the janitorial industry so he can be sure his clients are totally satisfied.  Mr. Lasure has built Jacksonville’s janitorial company from the ground up, basing it upon the principles and discipline he gained in his years of service with the military. Following his departure from the armed forces, he spent his time gaining more than 10 years of working in the Janitorial industry before bringing his expertise to Florida to start a new company..
