A Little Bit About a BIG Company
Veteran owned and operated, Freedom Cleaning Solutions LLC started off in Jacksonville Florida. David Lasure, a 20 year retired U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret along with his son Austin also an 8 year U.S. Army Veteran and former security detail leader for high ranking U.S. officials in hostile environments throughout the Middle East began two family owned Janitorial companies. Both David & Austin being from highly disciplined and demanding backgrounds, we believe at Freedom that the customer ALWAYS comes first. Attention to detail and going the extra mile are built, literally built into our backbones. We focus on communication and professionalism when it comes to our cleaning services that we provide.
Austin is a 7 year U.S. Army Veteran who has seen his fair share of challenges and difficulties. He worked for a private company another 4 years in various parts of the world providing security for U.S. Diplomats. He brings his problem solving and diverse skillset to the business world by matching problems with solutions. Austin personally meets with every client and every cleaning team member to assess the best fit. His personal ethics keep the business in the right direction and he is always searching for better ways to provide the customer with a more feasible, applicable and cost saving solution.
Teri has a BA in Criminal Justice & AS in Paralegal from the University of North Texas. She is a 5 year U.S. Army Veteran and a logistics specialist having also worked under projects logistically for U.S. Embassies abroad for many years. She brings her skillset and dedication to detail and attention to the company. Teri works to provide all FCS clients with easy to understand communication in billing and contracts. She is always working to save the customer time and money and ensure that all items are clear, timely and professional.
As General Manager of Freedom Cleaning Solutions, Carlos oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations—from leading the sales team and coordinating customer service efforts to directly supporting and guiding our cleaning crews across Central Florida. With hands-on experience in nearly every role since joining the company in 2016, Carlos brings unmatched insight and leadership to the organization. He has served in sales, customer service, and cleaning operations, making him a true expert in the commercial cleaning industry. His ability to lead by example, communicate across departments, and ensure teams have the tools they need to succeed makes Carlos a cornerstone of the company’s ongoing growth and success.
Raylynn plays a key role in ensuring top-tier customer service for our clients throughout Orlando and the surrounding areas. She’s dedicated to maintaining excellent communication, following up on service quality, and making sure our clients are always taken care of. In addition to her customer-facing responsibilities, Raylynn supports our CFO, Teri, with billing and administrative tasks as our assistant bookkeeper. Since joining Freedom Cleaning Solutions in October 2024, Raylynn has quickly grown into a vital part of the team, consistently bringing value, efficiency, and a positive attitude to everything she does.
Since joining Freedom Cleaning Solutions at the start of 2020, Derek has been instrumental in leading our sales and customer service efforts across Central Florida. With extensive experience in the commercial cleaning industry, he manages a diverse portfolio of accounts—from large-scale manufacturing facilities and multi-tenant office buildings to medical practices, legal offices, entertainment venues, and restaurants. Derek is known for his professionalism, industry knowledge, and hands-on approach. He not only builds strong client relationships through customized solutions but continues to support them with outstanding customer service and coordination of recurring specialty services throughout the life of each partnership.
Grace joined Freedom Cleaning Solutions in August 2024 and brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of the commercial janitorial industry to her role. Having started in customer service, she quickly became immersed in every aspect of our operations—supporting hundreds of clients, coordinating crew assignments, and managing specialty services like carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care. Now serving as a Sales Representative, Grace works with a diverse range of businesses across Central and Eastern Florida, providing tailored solutions with professionalism and insight. Her hands-on experience, dedication, and passion for helping others make her a trusted partner to both new and long-time clients.
Trevor joined Freedom Cleaning Solutions in 2021 and quickly became an integral part of the operations team. Starting in customer service and field support, he developed a deep understanding of day-to-day operations and team management. Trevor brings extensive knowledge in specialty services, including nightly janitorial setups, carpet cleaning, strip and wax floor care, pressure washing, and soft washing. Known for his ability to match the right team with the right job, Trevor ensures every project runs smoothly and meets each client’s unique needs. His hands-on leadership and attention to detail make him a trusted resource for both staff and customers.
